Step to reproduce:
1) Open URL: https://preprod.southindia.cloudapp.azure.com/pre-registration-ui/#/
2) Enter email address
3) Enter OTP received
4) Click on Ok under technical error received
5) Click on create the application.
6) Check for all the fields under demographic page
7) Fill the details.
8) Click on continue.
9) Move till the Pre-view page.
10) Move back by clicking the back button to the demographic page
11) Check for the value entered.

Expected: The value filled should render successfully as the same it was working int environment
Actual: The Page fields become blank except the Name field which makes it a tedious task for the user to fill the data again.
