changes coming in with RCF-354 will mean that machine type Android will not work with Android registration client for all purposes.
Use any other machine type (a separate machine type called Mobile can be created for this purpose).
Machine types created for Desktop RC should also work with ARC from now on, previously this was not the case.
Until a fix is issued to upstream services, Android as a device type will continue to not work with ARC from here on.
