Description:

How can we check the packet processing speed?

We can check per hour packet processing speed and the number of records processed for each stage using a MOSIP Kibana dashboard. This dashboard plots the number of records processed per stage every hour and if we see a dip in the number of packets being processed for a stage then we can go ahead and monitor for errors in that particular stage.

Steps to connect to Kibana Dashboard

• Connect to VPN

• Connect to the Kibana Dashboard

• Connectivity check with respective domain

• Check if packets are not flowing between the stages.

• How to generate the reports

Steps:

1. We need to connect with the respective domain

2. Login into the Kibana dashboard using the below URL
   https://{base_URL}/kibana/app/kibana
   

   

3. Click on the MOSIP Insight UI
   

   

4. Select the date and time with respect we can see the packet processing flow
   

   

5. Click on the update and make a note to click on the run beyond timeout as shown below
   

   

6. Select the Absolute date from and to then we will get the last 24-hour report as shown below
   

   

7. In the graph, we can see the per hour how many records are processed in every stage
