Status is not updated properly in the dashboard when individual visits the Registration Centre and consumes the appointment.

Build -0.9.1
Note- As per FRS - If the individual visits the Registration Centre and consumes the appointment, then the application will be removed from the list.

Steps-
1. Create pre-registration and book an appointment.
2. Visit the registration center and complete the registration.
3. UIN is generated successfully, Now login into pre-reg and observed.

Actual Result-
Pre-registration status is Booked( Réservé ).

Reproducibility-5/5

Expected Result-
Pre-registration status should be changed to Consumed or Processed.
OR As per FRS Pre-registration should be removed from the list.
OR FRS document needs to be updated.

Hi, We have another issue for batch jobs that are not working (MOS-29523 Batch jobs to update expired/consumed status are not working).

We have to verify whether pre-reg application status is updating or not though batch jobs are working.

Please keep this issue open until we verify MOS-29523.
