Unable to book appointment as getting technical error on slot selection page

Description

Step to reproduce :
1) log in to pre-reg.
2) Create a new application or Modify.
3) Navigate till the book slot page.

Expected : Users should be able to book the appointment by selecting slot.
Actual : The user is not able to book appointments as getting technical error.

its due to role issue registrationcenterapi has zonal and gobal role not pre-reg role due to which we are getting 403 error
