have tried 3 times, unable to attach files in Jira and hence mailed them. not sure what is the issue, but pasted the screenshot in the comments as it was working fine.

packet created on 8th jan 5:52 PM and trying to upload on 13th jan

gone to pending approval → select the packet →it asked for officer fingerprints it took successfully, then it asked for supervisor iris , when I gave supervisor iris, it has got stuck there -> from the supervisor authentication iris scan pop up did not close and the home screen was not visible -> did not go forward from here Left the reg client as is for 15mins -> it logged out successfully from there -> but the popup did not close -> it remained as is with iris scan enabled -> it had to be closed manually Restarted the regclient -> Tried again the same steps -> it worked fine it took iris now -> it asked for supervisor photo , photo was given, it received it –> then went to registration data upload -> uploaded the packet successfully.

as observed this is not coming always
