Regclient: Operator onboarding using biometric is failing in dev-staging env

While trying to onboard the Operator we ware getting this error "KER-NOE-500\",\"message\":\"KER-NOS-002 --> Contact number cannot contains alphabet, special character or less than or more than 8-10 digits\"
But now in Dev0 env getting different error with same steps error is " [{errorCode=RPR-RTS-002, errorMessage=Unknown Exception Occurred -->500 Internal Server Error: "<Map><timestamp>2025-01-20T08:52:29.982+00:00</timestamp><status>500</status><error>Internal Server Error</error><path>/idauthentication/v1/internal/auth</path></Map>"}]".

i have capture the request from the regclient. in encrypted and non-encrypted format.
