UI issue found under Upload Document page

Story point estimate

Description

Step to reproduce:
1) Open URL: https://sandboxv2.southindia.cloudapp.azure.com/pre-registration-ui/#/
2) Enter Email and OTP.
3) Navigate to create application >> Upload document
4) Check the alignment for the Doc Category.

Expected : The alignment should be proper.
Actual : The alignment is Odd. Refer the screenshot attached
