The user is moving to your application after discarding the action to navigate to other screen

Description

Step to reproduce:
1) Open Pre-reg : https://dev-test.southindia.cloudapp.azure.com/pre-registration-ui/#/
2) Login using email and OTP.
3) Navigate till Booking appointment page or other page.
4) Click on Your application button.
5) Alert should come as "Do you want to navigate without saving the change ".
6) Click on Discard to continue the action.

Expected : On discard, user should remain to the page he/she is working.
Actual: the user is navigated to other pages even after click of discard.

Now on click of your application, the pop-up is not coming anywhere in the application

Tested under dev-test 1.0.11. Hence reopening the defect
