Registration data is not displayed when supervisor selects the option informed/can't informed.

Story point estimate

Description

Steps-
1. Log in as Supervisor in the Reg Client.
2. Navigate to Notification for Re-registration screen.
3. Select the first packet and take the action, (i.e. informed /can't inform).
4. After taking action against the first packet, verify the resident data for another packet at RHS side.

Actual Behavior-
The Resident's data is not displayed while selecting the other packets.

Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Expected Result-
Resident's data should be displayed in all cases.

It’s working as expected,,, and showing ack page after inforn/cant inform and authentication also,,,
