The Master Data Upload data keeps on fluctuating as no data is present

Description

Step to reproduce:
1) Open Admin
2) Login using valid-user
3) Navigate to BullkUpload>> MasterData

Actual : The page keeps on fluctuating and user is not able to work, has to close the page and relogin. [Page keeps on loading]
Expected: The page should be stable and user should be able to work successfully

The role maserdata admin has been added for the user logged in

Tested in QA working as expected. Hence closing the issue.
