Feature: As an Operator, once I am done with filling a new registration form, a packet should be created and AID should be generated

Purpose: Packet Creation

Acceptance criteria:

1. A packet should be successfully created given the following is satisfied:

   1. Correct Operator credentials

   2. Data is correct (check for data validation for demographic, document and biometrics)

2. Once the above check is done, packet should be created and it should be present in zip format in *insert folder name*.

3. This zipped format file is encrypted and should not be unzipped i.e. you should not be able to extract data from this zip file.

4. Size of zip file- 5MB (should be configurable)

5. Life of zip file? - check this - Future scope

6. If Operator enters wrong credentials initially, and then enters the correct credentials, the packet should still be created.

Error messages:

1. Incorrect credentials entered

2. Packet creation failed
