ID Schema Wizard & Generator

A standalone application which allows Country to prepare and update ID Schema and populate required dynamic fields
Should follow an interactive approach asking user the question and driving him towards the solution,.
Should prompt for next step after each step, showing the progress and showing pending steps ( Or Step 1 of N)
It could start with a set of stock attributes with clear indication of what each attribute is for along with a check box next to attribute
Key attributes which are typically required could be default checked ( For example, first Name, Phone Number, email ID)
Should be Intuitive in collecting drop down choices.
- For example if user selects the Gender attribute,
  - a list of possible values along with check box should be made available
  - User should be able to mark one or more of the choice values and should be able to add choices if it is not listed by default and mark it selected
