changes coming in with RCF-354 will mean that machine type Android will not work with Android registration client for all purposes.

• Use any other machine type (a separate machine type called Mobile can be created for this purpose).

• Machine types created for Desktop RC should also work with ARC from now on, previously this was not the case.

• Until a fix is issued to upstream services, Android as a device type will continue to not work with ARC from here on.

Change in ack template key in arc from reg-ack-template-part to reg-android-ack-template-part.
if this template is not present in DB, the ack template will not load.
