Move all the new or updated configurations for all the release candidate modules to the release base branch

e.g. to mosip-config\1.2.0.1-v3

Note: In order to perform this, developer should check the difference of current release branch and the qa tested branch, add the newly added/modified configuration paramaters with correct default values and relevant comments to base release branch.

Delete feature/unwanted branch
