1. Packet manager :
   In Packet manager service done the changes in validate API to validate the data against the Schema coming in the form of Array of String in the packet.
   In Packet manager library done the changes for Creating the packets with the Array of String Data type.

2. Registration Processor :
   In UIN generator before sending the data to the draft API again validating the data against the Schema. there done the changes in validate API to validate the data against the Schema coming in the form of Array of String in the packet
