No slots available

Problem

After entering the demographics and documents, the applicant has come to the booking screen and selected a center but when he/she clicks on continue button to complete the booking, he/she gets an error message stating no slots are available.

Solution

As the message states there might not be any available slots for booking for that center because,

  1. All the bookings are done and actually no slots are available

  2. There is some data issue for that center and slots are not getting created

The solution for the second point is mentioned below,

  1. Make sure the batch job to create the center has run, if not please run the batch job by restarting the pre-registration batch job service.

  2. Make sure the data for the center is perfect

    1. Number of kiosks for the center is available

    2. Working hours is proper (End Time - Start Time)

    3. Start time is available

    4. End time is available

    5. Lunch break time is available

    6. Per kiosk processing time is set

    7. Time zone is provided

    8. Holiday location code is proper and the location set is available in Holiday Location table

  3. Make sure there is working days details for the center.

  4. If any data related issue is found, then run the batch job after updating the center data.

There can be a scenario where the center has been made active by the admin and the batch job to create the slots hasn’t run. Hence, please make sure the batch job runs after any center is activated, deactivated or modified (even if exceptional holiday’s are created for the center).
