Config sync failure - during login
Problem
An operator (supervisor or officer) tries to login to the registration client for the first time. During login sync the operator sees an error message stating Config Sync Failure on registration client.
Solution
Config Sync Failure in Registration Client occurs because of the following reasons,
The user is not mapped to center to which the machine is mapped
The user is inactive or not available in user details table in database
In order to solve this problem,
Verify if the user credentials using which sync started is available in user details table in master database.
Verify if the user is mapped to the same center to which the machine is mapped to.
If there is any data issue, it needs to be fixed using the admin bulk upload ui.
Restart the registration client and enter your credentials with proper internet connectivity.
The data in keycloak and user details tables are isolated. The system administrator needs to make sure mapping of user details are as per mosip functionality.
