Credential request is stuck in ISSUED state for Printing
Problem
A print request was sent from resident services. The request successfully reached the credential issuance and was issued but it was not moving forward. The request was not reaching the print service for further processing.
Solution
This issue basically occured because the print service was not exposed to the server where the credential service was sending the credential issuance event. Hence, in order to resolve the issue we exposed the print service nginx URL to the corresponding environment.
