How to resolve TPM Key Error in Registration Client

TPM Key Error in Registration Client Logs (Sync Failure in Registration Client UI before Login)

Solution

  1. Make sure your machine is registered in the Master DB.

  2. Make sure the value for MachineName, PublicKey, and KeyIndex in the readme.txt and machine_master table under Master DB should be the same.

  3. If step-2 is not followed then go to the .mosipkey folder location and open the readme.txt file.

     

  4. Take the values for KeyIndex, MachineName, and Public Key and update in machine_master table under Master DB.

  5. Once step-4 is done, Relaunch the Registration Client and Process with the Work.
